At SyndicateCollectibles.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that limited edition releases and signed memorabilia may be subject to specific restocking conditions.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our Support portal to submit a return request with your order number and reason for the return.

  Receive Authorization

  Our team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label if applicable.

• 3.
  Pack with Care

  Securely pack the collectible in its original manufacturer packaging and place it inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Final Inspection and Refund

  Once we receive and inspect the item to ensure it meets our quality standards, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
